Frontier isn’t just a name—it’s a declaration. Born from the legacy of Dialight’s trusted traffic signal designs and reimagined by LEOTEK’s innovation-driven R&D and product management teams, Frontier stands as a symbol of reliability, evolution, and regional adaptation.

Marks shown are common to the linked voltage variants. See the specification sheets for configuration-specific qualifications.
The SPC 16 × 18-inch LED pedestrian and countdown signal family combines Portland Orange upraised-hand and countdown indications with a Lunar White walking person. Its incandescent-look optics provide a 9-inch countdown display for compatible pedestrian signal housings.
Select the electrical version for the cabinet: TSL-PED-16-SPC-V1 operates at 80–135 Vac, -B1 at 10–28 Vdc for appropriate solar or battery-backed systems, and -L1 at 36–60 Vdc for compatible 48 V cabinets. Features and power draw vary by version; verify the matching downloadable specification before ordering.
Application & design reference
Selecting the visual display and locating the pedestrian push buttons are related project decisions with different evidence. A well-specified module does not establish that the surrounding crossing layout has been resolved.

Figure 4I-3 shows typical push-button locations for four curb-ramp arrangements. Its notes explicitly state that the drawings are not to scale and are not intended as a curb-ramp design guide. Preserve those limits when discussing a retrofit.
The useful comparison is between the actual corner layout and the intended crossing. Keep push-button location, the pedestrian access route and applicable accessible information in that review. The SPC module drawing answers separate questions about the supplied display's envelope, input and configuration.
Keep the design boundary clear. This MUTCD figure describes the crossing environment. It does not indicate that a countdown module includes a push button, accessible pedestrian signal equipment or a curb-ramp design.
The visual display is one part of the installation. Review the applicable requirements for pedestrian information, access routes, controls and crossing geometry with the responsible design team.
See the pedestrian countdown timing article, including the original MUTCD interval diagram. Confirm the exact supplied configuration and project timing before commissioning.
