Performance & Installation
- Nominal performance: 1,232–7,964 lumens and 9–57 W in the published 70 CRI, Type 2R tables. Values vary by CCT and performance code; the sheet specifies ±10% normal tolerance. Compare the selected IES file and optical configuration.
- Optical selection: Type II, III, IV and V distributions, including regular and forward roadway options where listed. Optional house-side, front-side, cul-de-sac and 80-degree cutoff shields provide configuration-specific light control.
- Mounting & service: Two-bolt slipfitter for 1¼–2-inch nominal mast arms (1⅝–2⅜-inch outside diameter), with ±5° leveling in 2.5° steps. Tool-free electrical-door access. Listed weight: 5.9 lb (2.7 kg).
- Ingress & impact ratings: The optical system and power supply are IP66 rated. The complete luminaire is IP54 rated only when the IP54 option is ordered; that option includes the rubber wildlife guard. Housing and optics are rated IK10.
- Ambient temperature: −40°C to +50°C for qualified configurations. Some performance codes are limited to +40°C; check the specific performance-table notes before ordering.
- CCT & CRI: 70 CRI with 2200K–5000K options. 80 CRI is offered at 3000K, 4000K and 5000K, with configuration-specific output and lead time.
LEOLink Smart-Control Options
- Embedded controller: LEOLink EB01 is factory-installed inside supported KarbonCobra configurations and requires a DALI D4i driver interface. Confirm the exact model and approved factory configuration with LEOTEK; EB01 is not an external retrofit node.
- External controller: LEOLink NB01-Plus uses the wired ANSI C136.41 7-pin controls-ready receptacle and the standard 0–10V driver. The ILS sheet specifies 110–277V for this controller; do not assume a 347–480V luminaire option establishes node compatibility.
- Dimming & sensors: The optional eight-step PS Performance Selector works with the standard 0–10V driver and is not compatible with DALI D4i. TLR4U / TLR4L requires D4i. ZMSL2 / ZMSL7 motion sensors require D4i plus the bottom TLR4L receptacle; use a compatible DALI node at the top receptacle.
- CMS & connectivity: Each LEOLink controller requires a RenAI CMS subscription (RXX) and network data plan (DXX). R00 / D00 requires prior LEOTEK approval. Confirm wireless coverage and the selected controller warranty.
Procurement & Reliability
- Surge protection: Standard 10kV / 5kA fail-to-on protection. SP2 provides 20kV / 10kA fail-to-on; LSSP2 provides 20kV / 10kA fail-to-off.
- Warranty: 10-year limited warranty for standard luminaires and components. Motion-sensor configurations have a 5-year limited warranty; the controller warranty is specified separately. Review current terms.
- Project documentation: Request the selected IES file, installation instructions and project-specific BAA / BABA or DarkSky qualification documentation when required. HID replacement, energy savings, pole spacing and glare performance depend on the project design and baseline.
